Adjudicatory Commission
The authority to redress grievances is vested in the Supreme Adjudicatory Commission and as many Regional Adjudicatory Commission as there are Administrative Regions.
- The Supreme Adjudicatory Commission is composed of one (1) Adjudicator-General, and as many Associate Adjudicators-Generals as there are Administrative Regions.
- The Regional Adjudicatory Council is composed of one (1) Regional Adjudicator, and as many Associate Regional Adjudicators as there are Sections in the Administrative Region.
Jurisdiction:
- National Adjudicatory Commission accept all kinds of complains within the fraternity, complains about member threatening another member, about leaders that may seem abuse their powers, complaints about negligence of leaders that may need to address, members that are breaking the law of the land that anyone feels unsafe, like participating drug related activities, individuals who are engage in sexual behavior that is forceful, manipulative, or otherwise harmful, complains on malversation of funds and all that can address to an individual or group of people that you may feel abusive and or menacing that may result in bringing the whole fraternity at risk.
NAC accept appeals on previous decision of any Regional Adjudicatory Commission that the complainant may seems still unjust to his expected outcome of the case or the expected recommendation is not fairly imposed. You may have only one appeal. Once an appeal is decided, it is final and recommendations will be imposed.
- Regional Adjudicatory Commission accept all kinds of complains within the fraternity from its regional jurisdiction. RAC accept appeals on previous decision of any Provincial / District Adjudicatory Commission that the complainant may seems still unjust to his expected outcome of the case or the expected recommendation is not fairly imposed. You only have one Appeal in RAC. Once the appeal is otherwise did not satisfy the complainant. HE / She can appeal to the National Adjudicatory Commission.
- Provincial / District Adjudicatory Commission accept all kind of complains within the fraternity from its provincial jurisdiction. Complains about member threatening another member, about leaders that may seem abuse their powers, complaints about negligence of leaders that may need to address, members that are breaking the law of the land that anyone feels unsafe, like participating drug related activities, individuals who are engage in sexual behavior that is forceful, manipulative, or otherwise harmful, complains on malversation of funds and all that can address to an individual or group of people that you may feel abusive and or menacing that may result in bringing the whole fraternity at risk.
PAC accept appeals on previous decision of any Chapter Adjudicatory Commission that the complainant may seems still unjust to his expected outcome of the case or the expected recommendation is not fairly imposed. You only have one Appeal in PAC. Once the appeal is otherwise did not satisfy the complainant. HE / She can appeal to the Regional Adjudicatory Commission.
- Chapter Adjudicatory Commission accept all kind of complains within the fraternity from its Chapters jurisdiction. Complains about member threatening another member, about leaders that may seem abuse their powers, complaints about negligence of leaders that may need to address, members that are breaking the law of the land that anyone feels unsafe, like participating in drug related activities, individuals who are engage in sexual behavior that is forceful, manipulative, or otherwise harmful, complains on malversation of funds and all that can address to an individual or group of people that you may feel abusive and or menacing that may result in bringing the whole fraternity at risk.
CAC accept appeals on previous decision of the Chapter Adjudicatory Commission that the complainant may seems still unjust to his expected outcome of the case or the expected recommendation is not fairly imposed. You only have one Appeal in CAC. Once the appeal is otherwise did not satisfy the complainant. HE / She can appeal to the Provincial Adjudicatory Commission.
Policies:
- To ensure that all complains will be addressed and treated fairly. Guaranteed that all will be given the opportunity to be heard for a fair trial and due process
- To ensure that all parties involved will be duly address for the preceding
- All complaints shall be in writing and address to the adjudicatory commission of the jurisdiction of the case.
- Documents of all complaints including evidence shall be kept promptly
- Impartiality will be given and established safeguards to prevent bias in the adjudication process.
Functions:
To accommodate all complaints coming from any member of the fraternity from the chapter to the council or any other succeeding higher authorities within the fraternity. To investigate on complains of either sides and weigh the evidence and reflect to all sides of the circumstances and determined just and fair conclusion. After having a deliberation regarding the case, the commission will give recommendations to the Disciplinary Actions Commission to execute the penalty or amicable settlement or whatever the recommendations there is to resolve the situation.
Duties of the Adjudicatory Commission:
- To Hear Cases and recommends penalties to any dispute within the fraternity.
- To create rules on how to hear cases and decide
- Enforce the rules they created on a certain case
- Recommend penalties
